Reservations & Payment Policy
Reservations are required for all services to allow for appropriate staffing. Reservations are not confirmed as complete until payment has been received in full. A credit card must remain on file to complete a reservation. We are unable to accept checks at this time.
*NEW IN 2021:* We require a credit card be placed on file and invoices to be paid in full *upon receipt*. Invoices not paid within 24 hours will be automatically charged to your card on file. If your card on file is expired you will be notified that your reservation request has been deleted and your room will become available to another client. We do not accept checks.
If your stay is cancelled more than 7 days from expected date of drop off, you will receive a 100% refund. Cancelled or modified LESS than 7 days’ notice will result in a fee of 1 overnight stay for each dog plus holiday rate if applicable. Early pick up will forfeit balance of stay. There are no refunds or credits issued for early pick up.
Drop Off/Pick Up Policy
Drop Off before 7AM or Pick Up after 6PM will be an additional cost of $5 each (30-minutes max extension) 6:30AM - 6:30PM - no other exceptions can be made due to limited staffing.

We love when our fur friends spend the holidays with Our Family; however we will be closed for drop off or pick up on New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day. Our OFFICE will have limited hours from 7AM - NOON on New Years Eve and Christmas Eve. We will provide the same exceptional handling you have come to expect every day of the year while our guests are visiting. Please make your holiday reservations for drop off & pick up with our new closures in mind. In addition, we will be shortening our drop off & pick up hours on New Years Eve and Christmas Eve to 7AM - Noon.
The resort will undergo extreme deep cleaning & improvements the first 2 weeks in February every year. Therefore, we will be OPEN to day care but CLOSED to overnight boarding during that time each year.
What vaccinations are required?
We require proof of current shot records to include:
- Negative fecal
Are daycare packages refundable?
Daycare packages are non-refundable and all unused day care days expire after 1 year from date of purchase.
Do you offer any discounts?
For parents of 3 or more pups, we offer a 10% discount on day care and boarding.
What do I need to bring for boarding?
Please bring the following:
- Leash with name on it
- Food with feeding instructions
- Medications with clear directions
- Treats (we do not provide treats due to risk of allergies)
What should I NOT bring for boarding?
Please do not bring toys, measuring cups, beds, or blankets.
What if my dog doesn't like to socialize?
For parents with non-aggressive pups who do not want socialization we offer a "run-alone" option. We provide the same level of care, but when it is their turn to go out they receive 1:1 attention from a handler instead of being in a group with multiple fur friends.
